Our colleagues Ricardo Pérez-Castillo, Manuel A. Serrano and Mario Piattini have edited the CEUR proceedings of the 2nd Quantum Software Engineering and Technology Workshop (Q-SET 21) that was held on 19 October 2021 as part of the IEEE International Conference on Quantum Computing and Engineering (IEEE Quantum Week).
The proceedings have been published in CEUR Vol 3008 and consist of 10 papers provided by researchers and industry practitioners that address some of the issues and challenges in Quantum Software Engineering presented in the Talavera Manifesto .
