Our colleagues Ricardo Pérez del Castillo and Mario Piattini, along with Iaakov Exman and Michael Felderer, have edited the book: Quantum Software. Aspects of Theory and System Design published by Springer. This book explains the state of the art in quantum software theory, engineering, and design, demonstrating how to apply classic Software Engineering topics such as agile approaches, validation, measurement, or deployment to quantum software, and details several examples of quantum software applications.
In the book, we highlight Chapter 1, 'A Novel Perception of Quantum Software,' where the editors provide a general overview of quantum software; and Chapter 6, 'Quantum Software Quality Metrics,' which features contributions from our colleagues José Antonio Cruz-Lemus and Moisés Rodríguez, and Chapter 9: 'Engineering Hybrid Software Systems' with Ricardo Pérez del Castillo and Mario Piattini.
