At the National Cybersecurity Research Conference (JNIC 2024), held from May 27 to 29 in Seville, the paper titled “Towards a Methodological Proposal for the Development of Reliable AI Projects” was presented. The authors of this study are Carlos Mario Braga Ortuño, Manuel Ángel Serrano Molina, and Eduardo Fernández-Medina Patón.

The paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the main characteristics affecting the reliability of artificial intelligence (AI) systems. From this analysis, a taxonomy was developed to classify and organize these critical factors. Based on this taxonomy, the authors proposed a methodology aimed at assisting in the creation of AI systems that meet reliability standards. This methodology aims to ensure that AI projects are developed to achieve high levels of reliability, security, and adherence to established standards for these systems.
