This week we received three Mexican researchers, Andric Valdez, Camilo Mojica and Ivan Saavedra, in the Alarcos Research Group. During the months of February, March and April, they will share time and work under the supervision of several Alarcos professors, thus advancing in the development of their Master's Theses.
During their stay, these researchers will develop advances in topics such as evaluation with monitoring in software development teams in agile environments, sentiment analysis from existing information in software repositories, and estimation of software project effort based on machine learning algorithms.
Camilo, Andric and Iván come from the Faculty of Sciences UNAM, specifically from the Department of Mathematics, and in their home university they work with Dr. Hanna Jadwiga Oktaba, with whom the Alarcos Group has maintained a close collaboration on various research topics for several years.
