This tool is called BPMMETool (Business Process Model Measurement and Evaluation Tool) and it can read BP  models, which have to be defined in BPMN, the de facto standard for BP modeling.   The main functionalities are the following:  BP model measurement. The predefined measures applied are those described by Rolón, Mendling and  Cardoso, but new measures can be included by the user.  Adaptation to new input formats. The tool can be configured to be able to read different serialization  notations of BP models. In this line, models from the BPMN 1.0 version can be both measures and the  models described in BPMN 2.0  Definition of new measures. This component permits the creation of new measures, and an expression  evaluator indicates if the new definition is appropriate.  Definition of indicators. New indicators can be included for their application. The definition of new  indicators implies the inclusion of decision criteria. Representation of measurement results. The tool allows the different results of the BP model or  previous measurement results to be represented in different types of charts, as histograms. Advice for BP model redesign. After calculating the measures in the specific BP model, the tool shows  which thresholds have been exceeded and how the model can be redesign.  The part related to measurement is shown in this video: MEASUREMENT The part related to evaluation is shown in this video: EVALUATION Authored: Laura Sánchez-González, Félix García, Francisco Ruiz; Last updated: February 2015 More Information: University of Castilla-La Mancha Alarcos Research Group: +34 926 295300 ext.96678 Ciudad Real - Spain                      Laura Sánchez-González, Félix García, Francisco Ruiz
