| After evaluating the BP with the BPMM several other improvements can be found and integrated into the improvement cycle, if it is considered adecuate. Depending on the improvements found for the definition of the BP, for example specifying an activity in a better way with less ambiguity, they can be also integrated as they don't interfere with the improvements found from the BP real execution. If the improvement involves changing the BP model, for example adding or modifiying an activity, it is preferable to reserve that modifications for a subsequent improvement cycle, in order to be able to compare in the first place the previous and new version of the BP based on the improvements integrated from the BP real execution. |
