Task: A1 - Monitor BP execution

Monitoring BP execution allows the responsible of the BP to take actions inmediately when difficulties regarding the operation of the BP arise. For example when more clients than expected arise an alarm can be set for the responsible to send more resources to attend them.

Purpose

To monitor the execution of the BP in real time by means of Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) techniques and tools, to be able to make decisions about the execution of the BP at the moment that difficulties arise.
