Task: A2 - Analyze BP execution

The data from the BP execution in the event log or systems implementing it, can be analyzed using different approaches and techniques: calculating the set of BPEMM execution measures, techniques such as Process Mining (PM) or multidimensional analysis based on OLAP cubes.

Purpose

To analyze the data from the real BP execution registered in the event logs or systems implementing it, to evaluate and improve BP models and their implementation. For analyzing measurement results the BPEMM approach is used, to be able to compare or enhance BP models with information of the BP real execution Process Mining (PM) is used, when analizing business data the multidimensional analisis is adecuate.
