Task: IM4 - Asses improvement effort

A post-mortem analysis is carried out to ensure that the data regarding the improvement cycle that has been carried out is registered, including the improvements and its results, the BPs in which the improvements where integrated, the participants of the improvement cycle, lessons learned, among others, to also improve the execution of the improvement cycle.

Purpose

To asses the development of the improvement cycle carried out in order to ensure that all the data regarding the integrated improvements in which BPs, lessons learned, among others, are registered to improve future executions of the improvement cycle.
