Task: EM3 - Collect execution measures

To registered the data corresponding to the base measures defined in BPEMM as the BP is executed, to be able to provide data about the real execution of the BP to calculate the execution measures from BPEMM.

Purpose

To collect the data defined in the execution measures and implemented in the supporting infraestructure, to be able to calculate the execution measures from BPEMM based on the real BP execution.
