| Based on the improvements opportunities found by means of the analysis of the measurements results of BPEMM execution measures from the BP real execution, several improvements will be integrated into the BP. The specific improvements for the improvement cycle to be performed are described, including the BP/s that will be affected and the participants of the improvement effort, among others. The improvement effort is aligned with the business and BP specific goals, and goals for the improvement effort are also set out. |
