| This activity is performed in the context of an improvement effort based on the real BP execution, to modify part/s of the BP model that can be improved to lead to a better execution of the BP, generating a new BP version that will be then executed and evaluated again. It can be also performed after validating and/or verifying the BP model, to redesign part/s of the model that can be improved based on the results of the validation and verification of the BP model carried out, prior to its implementation. |
