Continuing with the effort to spread the principles of the Manifesto of Talavera both the Alarcos group
as Alhambra (through their joint unit aQuantum ) organize a Workshop on Quantum Software Engineering and Technology.
The IEEE Quantum Week will take place in Colorado from October 12-16. It is a multidisciplinary computer science conference where attendees have the unique opportunity to discuss challenges and opportunities with researchers, scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, developers, students, professionals, educators, quantum programmers, with the goal of deepening research, practice, applications, education and training in quantum.
The Quantum Software Engineering and Technology workshop focuses, as stated in the Talavera Manifesto , on the growing need for quantum computing applications and the great desire to produce quality quantum software in a controlled manner.
