Every year, the CDQ Award is held to recognize innovation in best practices in data management, data quality management and data governance from different European companies.
In the 2021 edition, our colleague Ismael Caballero has participated as a member of the international jury evaluating the different nominations. This year, the winners were: in third place (3) tesa with its project "MeDa - a lean combined Data Architecture & Catalog solution"; second place in the ranking went to adidas with its project "Use-Case Driven Data Quality Management", and finally the winner of the CDQ Awards 2021 edition was the project "CuVenSA - a touchless first-time-right data life cycle process" presented by Evonik.
The event, organized extraordinarily on-line due to the pandemic, was superbly organized by Christine Legner and her team at CC-CDQ, who took the utmost care of every detail: from the communication aspects, to sending gifts to all attendees. More information is available at here.
From the organization of the event, different organizations in Hispano-America are encouraged to participate in the 2022 edition of the awards to show how they have managed to improve the quality of their data.
