    • A Serious Game to Train Project Managers on the Challenges of Managing a Global Software Development Project

    Our colleague Ruben Marquez presented last Wednesday November 27, 2019 the article entitled "Training Project Managers to Acquire Global Software Development Soft Skills: A Serious Game", whose co-authors are Aurora Vizcaíno and Félix Oscar García, at the conference entitled "The Fourteenth International Conference on Software Engineering Advances (ICSEA 2019)", held in Valencia (Spain).

    This article describes a serious game developed so that the managers of a software project can train and acquire certain skills necessary for the management of a global project.

    This work is part of the research project G3SOFT, focused on improving management and governance. of Global Software Development.
