    • World's first software quality certificate for banking

    Our colleagues Moisés Rodríguez, Javier Verdugo and Fernando Gualo have participated in the evaluation of the Functional Adequacy of the CaixaBankNow app, which has allowed CaixaBank to become the first bank in the world to obtain ISO/IEC 25010 certification.

    CaixaBank to become the first bank in the world to obtain ISO/IEC 25010 software quality certification. The certificate was issued by AENOR, and was delivered on May 9. The technical report required for the issuance of this certification has been prepared by our spinoff AQCLab, the first laboratory accredited by ENAC (National Accreditation Entity) and ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) at international level for the evaluation of software product quality.

    From Grupo Alarcos we are pleased that in recent years we have been able to transfer the research we started in the late 90's on metrics and software quality, contributing more and more to improve and ensure the quality of software for both small companies and large public and private organizations.
