    • Ismael Caballero presents BR4DQ methodology and data quality certification experiences at AFSM

    Our colleague Ismael Caballero has presented the BR4DQ methodology and some experiences of data quality certification in a webinar organized by the Association of Service Directors (AFSMI). The BR4DQ methodology has as its main objective to collect all the business rules governing the validity of data and group them according to the data quality characteristics of ISO/IEC 25012 and ISO 25040 to facilitate the evaluation of data quality levels of data repositories.

    Interesting issues arose during the Q&A related to the need to assess data quality independently at each stage of the data lifecycle across business processes; and how BR4DQ could help identify, manage and maintain the necessary data rules at each stage.
