Our colleague Mario Piattini together with professors Valeria De Castro, Esperanza Marcos and María Luz Martín-Peña from the (URJC) and PhD student Daniela Patricia Feversani have published the article “Towards a lightweight framework for service management evaluation in SMEs“ in the journal Information Systems and e-Business Management published by Springer.
This paper presents a framework for service management evaluation based on international standards and leading service management models, which helps SMEs to improve the quality of their customer services. The proposal is validated in this paper through its application to a real case study.
