Last Friday, September 11th, our collaborator Eduardo Sanjurjo from the University of La Coruña presented the article entitled "Measuring the maturity of BizDevOps" at QUATIC 2020 (13th International Conference on the Quality of Information and Communications Technology).
The authors are Eduardo Sanjurjo and Oscar Pedreira from the University of La Coruña and Félix García and Mario Piattini from the University of Castilla-La Mancha.
The article has been published by SPRINGER, in the volume Quality of Information and Communications Technology.
The article proposes a maturity model for BizDevOps and applies it in a software company. As a result, first evidence of its validity has been obtained and feedback has been received for the refinement of the model in the next phase of the research.
