    • First results of the D2CR project

    Our colleagues Professors Francisco Ruiz and Manuel Serrano from the Escuela Superior de Informática de Ciudad Real, together with Professor Ángel Raul Ruiz from the Facultad de Letras de Ciudad Real, have presented to the media the first results of the project D2CR (Despoblación y Despoblamiento en la provincia de Ciudad Real). These results, available on the website of the project, include various tools to know and analyze in detail the situation of the province, each of its 102 municipalities and the different areas that exist in the province. In the mentioned address are:

    * Written reports, accompanied by Excel files with complementary data.
    * The option of open consultation of more than 540 thousand data, demographic and socioeconomic, which can be selected (by territory, topic and / or time period) and downloaded in open format.
    * A series of dashboards that allow the most relevant information to be displayed graphically and interactively by means of tables, graphs and maps that automatically adapt to the user's choices.

    During the event, held at the Provincial Palace and presented by the President of the Provincial Council, it was shown to the press, radio, television and other digital media.
